Returns & Exchanges

 

NOTICE: In response to the COVID-19 situation, all returns will be held in quarantine for up to 5 days before being processed for refunds to help protect the health and safety of our team. 

PURCHASE DISCLAIMER: All sales are final on Civil Masks due to product assortments and sanitation concerns.  We appreciate your understanding.

We aim to supply our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Customer is required to pay for Return Shipping unless you are exempt (received incorrect product, incorrect colorway, missing items, etc.). Refunded items will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of your total order upon receiving the product. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.  

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order at anytime before your order has been fulfilled and shipped. If an order is canceled after it has been fulfilled and shipped, a $20 cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions:

1. Refer to your packing slip included with your order for a return address. Please include the following information: 

  • Your Name
  • Order #
  • Return Address
  • Phone number we can reach you at during business hours
  • List of items being sent back
  • Reason for return

2. Please return your items using a traceable shipping method with a tracking number(e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx)
3. BlackStrap Industries Inc. is not responsible for items lost in transit and only take responsibility for items delivered to our Shipping/ Receiving Department.
4. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with original packaging. IF A RETURN IS DEEMED NONRETURNABLE, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 4 days of processing your return once the item(s) have been received by BlackStrap Industries.

Exchange Policy: If you need a different size, color or product you may return your unworn item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Placing a new order will expedite the arrival of your new item and ensure it won't go out of stock. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive and processed your return.
